About Dr. Mary Sadler, PT, DPT, Cert-DN, Pelvic Health Specialist
Hey there! I’m Dr. Sadler! I am a Physical Therapist with 8 years of experience in pelvic health, 9 years of experience dry needling, and over a decade of experience in walking with those who are hurting, guiding them to true healing.
Over my time as a clinician, I’ve built 2 clinics for healthcare systems in the area that continue to thrive to this day. As the environment of healthcare changes, so do we as providers. That is why I opened Stellar Pelvic Health! I wanted to build a clinic that is fully dedicated to meeting people where they are in their healing journey, this way we can walk with you in the way that you need, every step of the way.
I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from East Carolina University in 2018, as well as my Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science from Gardner-Webb University in 2015. At Gardner-Webb I was a 4-year D1 Swimmer, serving as Team Captain my senior year. In all this time, I have suffered injuries, had surgeries, and been through the process of success - injury - recovery - success more than enough times. I understand the process because I have been through it myself.
It may surprise you that I never expected to be a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist. It wasn’t until my last year of Grad School, when I had pelvic floor problems, that I found the magical world of pelvic health. Healing my own pelvic floor was just the beginning. In the pelvic space, I have the opportunity to walk with people through some of the most difficult seasons of life, often involving sensitive and deeply personal areas, and get to be a first-hand witness to their success!
Every day I get to wake up and help others through the lens of grace, compassion, evidence based care, and unmatched clinical experience. I have advanced manual skills, a fitness-forward approach, and the time and space to give you the time to really listen to your whole story.
In my free time, you can find me hanging out with my husband and 3 children, working out, or taking a nap! This clinic is named after my youngest child, Estelle. She is a powerhouse human, and the inspiration for my powerhouse clinic. My oldest loves horseback riding, and my son (the middle child!) loves all things Godzilla, Dinosaur, and Minecraft (we even have our own realm!).
I am a busy mom of three and a business owner, so trust me when I say that I GET IT. I know how to navigate real life and healing, and I can help you do the same.

Dr. Sadler's background in Exercise Science means she treats pelvic floor physical therapy as part of whole-body strength and movement, not an isolated set of exercises, so patients leave sessions feeling stronger, not just "fixed."
She looks beyond the pelvic floor to posture, breathing, core strength, and daily movement patterns, because pelvic symptoms are rarely caused by one muscle group alone.
Most importantly, she treats the whole person, not just the symptom, taking time to listen, explain what's happening in the body, and build a plan that fits each patient's life, goals, and comfort level.

Independence means longer, uninterrupted appointment times, a treatment plan designed specifically around each patient's body and goals, and no rushed visits dictated by a larger clinic's schedule.
It also means more privacy and comfort for a sensitive specialty like pelvic health. Patients work directly with Dr. Sadler from the first visit through ongoing care, building trust over time rather than seeing a rotating provider.
